My name is Andrea (On-Dray-Uh) Reeves (she/her), I’m the Operations Alchemist behind Type C Creative.
I’m a biracial, Black, pan aroace woman with ADHD and OCD. I work with fellow neurodivergent, queer, and creative solopreneurs who are ready to find simpler, more compassionate and intuitive ways of running their business.
I’m an unapologetically atypical human who runs my own business on vibes, values, and good systems that meet me where I am.
After graduating with a Bachelors in Journalism and Public Relations, I received a Masters in Management in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Babson College. I started Type C in 2021 after six years of working in digital marketing and project management, combining my communication skills with my love of technology and digital organization.

What’s an Operations Alchemist? Alchemy is the power to transform things for the better—historically, the process of trying to turn raw materials into gold. I take the “raw materials” of your business (your talent, your passions, your nature, etc.) and combine them to create a business ecosystem that feels magical ✨
Alignment + authenticity drive everything I do.
I will always reserve the right to evolve or change my mind. I’m the kind of person who values freedom over consistency.
I’ll change my brand colors twice in one year if it means I’m staying true to myself. I’ll ‘break up’ with a retainer client if we are no longer a good fit. I’ll leave Google Workspace for Proton on a whim because it feels like the right thing to do (I did), even if it’s a less efficient platform (it is).
I believe life is too short to be consistent but miserable. My approach to business and systems strategy (and life, tbh) relies heavily on adaptability, personal integrity, and intuition.
Majority of the clients I work with are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, chronically ill or disabled, anti-capitalist, or a combination of all of the above.
I provide systems support to entrepreneurs who often feel misaligned with the “normal” ways of doing business.
They're ready to work with someone who won’t judge or try to change them; someone who can give them a gut check when systems feel overwhelming and/or misaligned.
