I build good systems for solopreneurs. (Emphasis on the good.)
I’m a biracial, Black, pan aroace woman with ADHD and OCD. My preferred pronouns are she/her/hers. Majority of the clients I work with are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, chronically ill or disabled, anti-capitalist, or a combination of all of the above.
I work with rebellious people who aren’t afraid to go against the grain—because it means they’re staying true to who they are and what they need.
I provide systems support to entrepreneurs who often feel misaligned with the “normal” ways of doing business. They're ready to work with someone who won’t judge or try to change them; someone who can give them a gut check when systems feel overwhelming and/or misaligned.
Simply being “more productive” or organized doesn’t erase or mitigate racism, ableism, classism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, capitalism, or any other forms of oppression. I do my best to help people work with what they have, especially people who feel forgotten or misrepresented by self-help / productivity experts and research. I hope, together, we can find a way forward. In the meantime, I hope my corner of the internet makes you feel seen and heard and celebrated as you are.
I’m likely not the strategist for you if:
- You are looking for someone to help you “growth hack” your biz
- You want to use AI to cut corners or avoid paying someone what they’re worth
- You expect the systems alone to sell your offer and make you a bunch of money (I wish it were that simple)
- You want to work with someone who stays on top of industry trends and mirrors what other people are doing instead of focusing on what will work best for you
I’m likely not the strategist for you if:
- You want to run your business simply and sustainably
- You value doing things well, even if it takes a little longer to get there
- You want to provide real value to your clients or customers, not just make a sale—and you know good systems can help you do that
- You’re looking for someone who can build solutions for how you actually work, not just hand you a template that worked for someone else
My Big Three:
CONNECTION: to prioritize meaningful relationships and have the courage to be known as we are
AUTHENTICITY: to embrace what makes us weird, accept less bullshit, and search for more alignment
FREEDOM: to have boundaries, honor our pace and natural rhythms, and make our own rules
My clients want their systems to align with their values, prioritizing ethics over efficiency—but I usually help them have both.
In practice, that has looked like:
- Divesting from Google
- Avoiding platforms and companies on the BDS list
- Using AI sparingly/more intentionally
- Focusing on accessibility and equity
- Using platforms that prioritize privacy and transparency
Unfortunately, compromise is necessary in the world of tech—no company is perfectly ethical. But I always do my best to build good systems, in every sense of the word.
